In general, the larger the project, the more notice is helpful: Small remodel project: minimum 1-2 weeks notice. Large remodel project: minimum 2+ weeks notice. Whole home (house or condo): minimum 3-4 weeks notice. If in doubt, call anyway – we can often slide projects in last minute.

How long does it take to complete a cleaning?

Our staff are trained to do post-construction cleanings, and we are very efficient. We aim to get whole homes cleaned within 1-2 days (depending on size), and remodel projects within a morning or 1 day.

Can you also do model home maintenance cleaning?

Yes. We provide regular maintenance cleaning for model homes and apartments at the rate of house cleaning service. Generally clients desire weekly cleans, but we can also do bi-weekly or monthly. The more frequently we clean, the quicker and less expensive each cleaning is

Are you fully insured?

Yes we’re fully insured and if requested we are happy to provide COI listing the property as insured.

What are your service terms?

Upon request, after we have estimated the costs, we can submit a proposal stating what is included, billing, and other terms.
